In elementary school I got an Apple IIc, went to Apple camp and g.a.t.e. classes. In middle school Mr Hernandez' english class lit my fire, I started a school newspaper and got my first pc. Highschool was all about journalism, graphic technology, html and coffee. College was more journalism, community involvement, desktop publishing, zines and being a barista. Next came two newspapers, css, public relations as a tour guide, two corporate offices where I learned branding, made documents->spreadsheets->sql databases->financial reports. Then came self employment, web standards, digital journalism PDX, WordCamp PDX and infocamp Seattle.
